Our primary business is to offer advice, planning and execution in the fields of design, advertising, marketing, market analysis and market research. As a matter of philosophy we minimise overheads - and thus fees - by having a small central core of problem solvers and project managers, with a number of outside associates who can be brought in to form project teams to tackle a wide range of business problems.
We are always prepared to stand by our recommendations in the most direct way possible. If the client wishes it we are happy to implement the recommendations and take functional responsibility for that area of the business, for whatever period of time is appropriate.
Although experience is a powerful tool it can also be a constraint. We believe that each new situation is unique and deserves to be treated as such; we do not have a single solution looking for a problem to fit it.
